Jeffrey B. Bock is an estate planning attorney with over 30 years of experience. He is licensed to practice law in Texas and Florida and has offices in Houston and Boca Raton.

Jeff has worked with clients of all backgrounds, including those born overseas and those with global issues family issues. He works closely with his clients to understand their needs and goals and provides a personal approach to offering custom estate planning representation.

Graduating from Rutgers University, Jeff later obtained a Master’s Degree in Counselling from The College of New Jersey and his Juris Doctor from Tulane University in 1983. He began his legal career practicing civil litigation and was a tax court trial attorney. A decade into his legal career, Jeff founded his law firm and began focusing on his passion – providing estate planning and estate administration to clients.

As a compassionate attorney, Jeff focuses on working individually with his clients and provides boutique law services. His extensive experience allows him to help clients craft personalized estate plans that protect their interests and minimize the risks of disputes among heirs. A natural problem-solver, Jeff delves into complicated estate issues. He has extensive estate planning experience for clients who have disabled or troubled children, have overseas, properties, or multinational families.  

Having helped families with special needs children and those heirs that require government assistance, Jeff focuses on providing comprehensive estate planning services to his clients to address their needs. A significant number of his clients have large retirement accounts, and he can help prepare retirement plan trusts in a manner that maximizes benefits and potentially reduces tax consequences.

Jeff also has extensive experience representing his clients in Court and is a successful arbitrator.  Judges have appointed Jeff as an attorney ad litem in guardianship, heirship, and ad valorem tax matters.
